How to use automatic watch?

Automatic watches use motion of your body to work, so you don’t need to wind it up or put a battery inside. 

Are you able to adjust the bracelet?

Yes, we can adjust the bracelet, if you leave a note to order with your exact wrist size. We'll send additional bracelet links in this case.

How long does it take to get my order?

It takes around 3-7 business days to modifiy the watch and process your order, then 10-20 business days for delivery with Standard shipping and 2-10 business days with Express shipping. 

What payment methods do you have?

You can use any credit card or Apple Pay on our website.

How can I cancel or change my order?

We are able to make any changes to an order or cancel it during 1-3 business days since it has been placed, if it was not sent yet.

Where will my order be shipped from?

We will fulfill your order from our office in Poland. 

Are the watches water resistant?

Yes, all our watches have water resistance 10 ATM or 100 m.

Do you combine shipping for multiple watches purchased?
